Unbelived moment ! with this  rare headed goal by Lionel Messi helped Barcelona beat Manchester United 2-0 in the Champions League final yesterday, giving the Spanish side its third European Cup title and third trophy in a magical season.

Barcelona's Lionel Messi heads home their second goal during the UEFA Champions League final soccer match between Manchester United and Barcelona in Rome, Wednesday May 27, 2009. Barcelona won 2-0.

Samuel Eto'o put the Spanish champions ahead in the 10th minute and Messi's 70th-minute goal – his ninth in the Champions League this season – sealed the victory over the defending champions at the Stadio Olimpico.

The triumph completed a sweep of titles for 38-year-old Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola in his first season, after wins in the Spanish league and cup. The former Barcelona star, who started as a ballboy at Camp Nou, now joins five others who have won the title both as a player and a coach.

"When I won as a player I was young and it was magnificent," Guardiola said of his 1992 triumph at Wembley against Sampdoria. "But now winning the treble at the first attempt is marvellous."

Guardiola became the youngest coach to win European soccer's top club competition since the European Cup became the Champions League in 1993. Barcelona also won the trophy in 1992 and 2006.

United had been chasing its fourth European Cup title, and fourth trophy this season after winning the Premier League, FIFA Club World Cup and League Cup.

But United was thoroughly outplayed by the Spanish side as Messi scored his 38th goal of an amazing year for Barcelona, which has 153 league and cup goals this season.

Xavi floated a diagonal ball into the United area to find Messi unmarked, and the 5-foot-7 Argentine striker – renowned for his deft dribbling and shooting – used his head to loop the ball past United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar and into the net.

Messi set off colourful celebrations at one end of the stadium, filled with 62,467 fans, and left English fans in silence.

The loss left Man United manager Alex Ferguson at 25 titles in 23 seasons. He failed to match Liverpool's Bob Paisley's three titles in the competition.

"We started the game brightly. We were confident and we could have been in front," Ferguson said. "We had the ball but didn't use it very well. ... We defended fantastically all season but they were two shoddy goals.

"We didn't play as well as we can, but they are a good team. We have to give them credit. Xavi (Hernandez) and (Andres) Iniesta can keep the ball all night. They made it very difficult."

South Korean winger Park Ji-sung became the first Asian to play in a Champions League final. He almost scored for United in the opening minute but his shot was deflected wide after Cristiano Ronaldo's free kick had been blocked by the goalkeeper. It was the nearest United came to scoring all night.

The victory also marked the first Champions League title for Barcelona striker Thierry Henry, who was on the losing side when Arsenal lost to Barcelona in 2006.

"Finally, I've been waiting for so long to get this title and now finally today," said Henry, who had been doubtful for the final because of a knee injury. "The last five minutes were the longest of my life."

Ferguson reshaped his attack for the second half, sending on a second striker, Carlos Tevez and later added Dimitar Tevez, leaving United undermanned in midfield.

Healthy Eating Habits

There’s a lot of conflicting information out there about what it means to “eat healthy.” The International Food Information Council Foundation’s (IFIC) 2017 Food and Health Survey found that most people find conflicting advice about what to eat or avoid, causing many to doubt their food choices
Image result for health habit
Sometimes we’re told to completely cut out carbs, but we also hear carbs are a primary energy source. One authority claims that coffee is carcinogenic, while another suggests it prevents diseases like Parkinson's.
Though defining it may be complicated, 19% of respondents in our own survey ranked “eating healthier” as their most important health goal.

Why is eating healthy so important?

The entire purpose of eating is to fuel the complex systems that function in your body — so feeding it the best nutrients possible is essential.
Image result for health habit
Those nutrients, like calcium and potassium, directly influence bodily tasks like hormone creation and heartbeat regulation. Though vitamins and supplements are sometimes helpful, a balanced and healthy diet is the best way to ensure you’re getting the minerals your body needs.
The perks to eating healthy are abundant — it lowers your risk for health issues, improves confidence, increases energy, aids in weight management, and sets a good example for family and friends.
The World Health Organization reports that if people ate healthier, stopped using tobacco, and exercised more — 80% of all cases of heart disease, stroke, and Type 2 diabetes could be prevented. This staggering statistic is reflected in nearly every major health disease — cancer, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, and even depression are all less likely for people with a healthy diet.

Which nutrition plan is best for you?

So let’s get back to what it means to “eat healthy.” A good place to start is USDA’s MyPlate. Basically, the ideal plate for each meal contains a balance of essential food groups. Half your plate should be fruit and vegetables, and the other half should be whole grains and protein. Add a small side of low-fat dairy and you’ve got a balanced meal.

Calculate your calories:Use the MyPlate tool to calculate how many calories you should eat based on personal attributes.
Just like with exercise, drastic changes upfront are hard to maintain when it comes to eating healthy (that’s why diets don’t really work for most people in the long term).

↚                        While the goal is a balanced plate at every meal, you can start by making small changes to slowly modify your diet. Keeping track of what you’re eating and drinking to help you understand your eating habits. Be aware of portion sizes and don’t over-eat. Try to limit excessive sugars, saturated fats, and sodium. Choose grilled food over fried, opt for fat-free dairy products, and try cooking with herbs and spices instead of salt. Drinking lots of water in place of soda and juice is another simple switch that will benefit your health in many ways.
But know that you don’t need to be overly restrictive or perfect with your eating habits to see success. Making small measured changes over time and striving for balanced nutrition is key to reframing your eating habits. “Eat healthy for 80% of the week and allow for unhealthy choices for about 20% of the week,” Diane Malaspina, Ph.D, Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialistadvised. “This is called the 80/20 rule. This approach teaches the skill of moderation and doesn’t call for complete food restriction so that less healthy food can be enjoyed in moderation.”

“Remember that fad diets aren’t easily maintainable, so it’s best to just adopt a healthier lifestyle that you can carry throughout your whole life.”

UCLA research found that the majority of people on diets will regain more weight than they
lose within five years. Diets, especially overly restrictive ones that eliminate entire food groups, can be hard on your body, make eating at social gatherings complicated, and if they involve exotic ingredients or subscribing to a food plan, can become pretty expensive. Both the USDA and our experts agreed that general moderation and a balance of food groups is the most effective way to achieve long term healthy nutrition.

There are warning signs which can indicate mold toxicity. We are all exposed to mold but the level of mold we are exposed daily can have dangerous impact on our health. Even though mold is usually associated with dirty showers in bathrooms and rotten food, it is literally present everywhere and its presence is not limited to damp or wet areas only. If fact, you are ingesting and breathing this toxic substance on a daily basis, without even being aware of it.

Mold is not visible as it grows undetected practically anywhere, from walls to food. While you may not be able to see it, you are definitely being exposed to its harmful effects.

When the body becomes overrun by mold, it compromises the function of the immune system and creates a perfect environment for the development of illnesses which may take years to be diagnosed.

THE SILENT KILLER

Not all molds are bad to the same degree, but there are some very poisonous varieties. They are called mycotoxins and contaminate everything, including furniture, draperies, linens and even clothes. Mycotoxins are very difficult to kill and once in the body, they attack the immune system and wreak havoc on the nervous system, the joints, and even the brain. Eventually, it can lead to many diseases, even cancer.

According to a 2005 study published in the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture,
“Acute toxicity generally has a rapid onset and an obvious toxic response, while chronic toxicity is characterized by low-dose exposure over a long time period, resulting in cancers and other generally irreversible effects.”

MOLD TOXICITY

A 2011 study published in Applied and Environmental Biology has shown that 25-28% of North Americans are genetically predisposed to experience negative effects when in areas with water-damaged such as their workplaces or homes.

Moreover, the study also found that “dampness,” which is the perfect breeding ground for fungi and mold, is present in up to 50 percent of homes and buildings in North America and that “…fungal growth is a problem in 15 to 40 percent of North American [homes].”
In other words, you have a 50/50 chance that your home or workplace will be prone to mold and if it’s, there is up to 40 % that you will experience its negative effects.

WHERE DOES MOLD GROW?

Mold thrives in the presence of water, such as poorly ventilated bathrooms and basements. It usually starts with a small leak in your roof or behind the shower.

Very often, mold appears in flooded places which have not been properly cleaned.  Places such as dirty HVAC system which have accumulated dust and moisture over the years are also susceptible to mold. Sometimes, it can be brought into the home by untreated wood or construction materials.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE MOLD POISONING?

When you are chronically exposed to mold, the symptoms may start as mild but as the body begins to become overrun by mold, the symptoms progress.

WHAT CAN I DO?
  1. Test Your Environment
ERMI (Environmental Relative Moldiness Index), which was developed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), is the most reliable test.

In case it detects mold in your home or workplace, it also determines whether it is toxic or not.
  1. Find a Professional Mold Remediation Expert
If the test determines a presence of mold, it is recommended to find a professional mold remediation company which removes contaminated materials, make all necessary repairs to leaks, and clears air exchanges.  Make sure you test the area once again after the work is finished in order to ensure all spores are absent.
  1. Find a Doctor Who is Familiar with all the Signs of Mold Toxicity

Look for a doctor who is trained in the “Shoemaker Protocol” or is familiar with the signs of mold toxicity so that you can begin the detoxification process.
  1. Eat Healthy
Once you are done with the detoxification process, it is important to eat and live healthy, by staying away from foods that contain mold, fungus, and yeast.

In other words, you should avoid sugars and carbohydrates. On the other hand, it is recommended to take supplements, such as olive leaf, activated charcoal and glutathione which help restore the body.

5 things you have to  Know About La Casa de Papel Season 3

Image result for la casa de papel 3

1-If you haven't made plans to watch La Casa de Papel (otherwise known as Money Heist) on Netflix, it's time to add it to your list.

Why? Well, the Spanish show comes with plenty of twists and turns that leave viewers on the edge of their seats every episode.
According to Forbes, the show became the most popular foreign language TV series on the streaming platform in 2018. And though it is entirely in Spanish, subtitles make it super easy to keep up with all of the action. Ahead of the season three premiere in July, we highly recommend brushing up on what went down during seasons one and two.

If you'll recall, Spanish actor Álvaro Morte stars in the thriller as The Professor, a mysterious criminal mastermind that plans an epic heist of The Royal Mint in Spain (where all of the country's money is made) over the course of six months. By promising them money, he recruits a group of eight thieves who lock themselves inside the mint with 67 hostages for 11 days. The goal? To print 2.4 billion euros, marking the biggest robbery in history.
The thieves, of course, have become central to the show, and each of them have the following codenames: Tokyo (Úrsula Corberó), Moscow (Paco Tous), Denver (Jaime Lorente Lopez), Berlin (Pedro Alonso), Nairobi (Alba Flores), Rio (Miguel Herrán), Helsinki (Darko Peric), and Oslo (Roberto Garcia Ruiz). Some of the thieves die. And in addition, fans have fallen under the spell of two other main characters—Raquel (Itziar Ituño), the head hostage negotiator assigned to figuring out who the thieves are, and Monica (Esther Acebo), one of the hostages who—spoiler alert—ends up leaving with the thieves for reasons we will get into a little later.
Yes, the plotline gets even trickier, but trust us, it's well worth watching with a bag of popcorn. Ahead of the return of season three, here's everything we know so far.
2- What is the release date for La Casa de Papel Season 3 ?

Netflix confirmed season three premieres on July 19. In the above teaser, fans get to see a snippet of what life's been like for the surviving thieves—Tokyo, Rio, Nairobi, Helsinki, Denver, The Professor—plus Raquel and Monica.
The tagline for season three is "their vacations are over," which could mean the Spanish government is coming after them for the heist since the identities of Tokyo, Rio, and The Professor have been revealed.

3- Is there a trailer for La Casa de Papel Season 3 ?

Netflix hasn't released a trailer yet, but after confirming season three, they did post a video in which showrunner Álex Pina and the remaining cast and crew read through the new script. In the clip above, they all appear to be happy to reunite.

How do I watch La Casa The Papel ?
Seasons one and two are currently available to stream on Netflix. The company offers a free one-month trail before charging $9 to $16 a month, depending on the streaming quality you prefer.

Netflix hasn't released a trailer yet, but after confirming season three, they did post a video in which showrunner Álex Pina and the remaining cast and crew read through the new script. In the clip above, they all appear to be happy to reunite.

4- What will La Casa de Papel season 3 be about?
In an interview with Movie ManiacsMorte and Corberó admitted they don't know much about the new season. "Álex Pina is such an imaginative, brilliant mastermind that it's always surprising," Morte said. "I have the sensation that there will be a lot of action," Corberó said. "I don't know and they didn't tell me but I want action."
That said, we have an idea of where the new plot could take us based on where seasons one and two left off.
Here's a refresher: the thieves put the 67 hostages to use (again, over the course of 11 days) to print money, bag it, and help move it to their secret escape route—a tunnel inside one of the vaults. In season two, they narrowly avoided capture by the police and successfully printed 1 million euros. Monica memorably fell for Denver and together they ran away to raise a child.

Roberto Garver

Tokyo and Rio, meanwhile, sparked a romance that will hopefully continue in season three. And Moscow, who was also Denver's dad, died after being shot by the police. Helsinki ended Oslo's life since he was unwell after getting injured by some of the hostages. And if that weren't enough, Berlin is presumed dead after being shot by the police who entered the mint trying to capture the thieves.

Unforgettably, The Professor got close with Raquel (who's trying to solve the robbery case), in an effort to figure out how much she reallyknows about his secret heist. He inserted himself into her life by talking to her at a cafe and introducing himself by his real name, Salvador "Salva" Martin. Eventually, they become romantically involved—that is, until she realized he's the mastermind behind the heist (or so we think). Regardless, Raquel falls in love with The Professor and leaves everything behind to join him on the island of Palawan a year after the heist is complete.
So what will happen to the surviving thieves—and between The Professor and Raquel? Those answers are exactly what we expect to be revealed in season three.
5- Which cast members are returning to La Casa de Papel?

image

In season two, viewers said goodbye to Oslo, Moscow, and Berlin. But based on the teaser above, we expect to see Corberó, Ituño, Morte, Flores, Herrán, Acebo, and Peric return.
